Simple First-Time Setup

For correct operation, complete the following steps after installation:

1. Connect the included USB Wi-Fi gateway.

2. Download the Smart Life or Tuya Smart app.

3. Add the blind motor and complete the guided travel-learning process.

Once configured, your blinds can be controlled through the app, remote, voice assistant or automated schedules.

Important Compatibility Information

A 2.4 GHz Wi-Fi network is required. The gateway is not compatible with 5 GHz-only Wi-Fi networks.

Compatibility may vary depending on the blind chain, cord type, weight and installation layout. We recommend checking the product measurements and compatibility guide before ordering.

To protect the internal motor, avoid forcefully pulling the blind chain manually after installation.

When the battery becomes critically low, the indicator will flash red and the device will automatically shut down. Recharge the motor and restart it before use.
